Building Muscle Quickly

building muscle quicklyIf you have ever been told that building muscle quickly is impossible…..join the club! I used to hear all sorts of reasons why you can’t build muscle quickly including calories, exercises and just about every other excuse.

To be honest, it can be demoralizing when your told this rhetoric over and over but I’m the kind of person who doesn’t believe in impossible so I kept on digging for the answer!

It’s funny how you find the answer to your biggest problem when you DECIDE that are never going to give up. That’s when I discovered No Nonsense Muscle Building.

This program changed my life, and showed me that building muscle quickly can be done. Here’s how to do it……

Weight Training

You must be weight training in order to maximize the speed at which you can build muscle. This is obvious! You must also continue to be increasing your work load in order to continually build muscle.

From this we can see that progressive resistance is the way to build muscle. However, hitting plateaus can really slow you down here and can make muscle building a painfully slow process. Thankfully, there is another way.

OK, which type of program have you been told to follow?

High reps or heavy weight?

The key to building muscle quickly is to combine high reps AND heavy weights. This combination ensures you are hitting all your different muscle fibers and triggers growth faster than any other known method.

Try this method out and you will understand why this is the best method for building muscle quickly.

Attitude

There are going to be times when you hit plateaus, this is the time when nine out of ten people give up. However, you won’t be one of them.

Developing an attitude of persistence ensures that you never give up, and guarantees your success. This is especially true if you are building muscle faster than you ever thought possible and then you hit a plateau. This is a normal part of life, even following this kind of method.

There is no training program on this planet where you won’t hit a plateau. However, the important thing is to develop stickability and keep at it!

Sometimes the fastest method can be a little slow!

The quote above sums it up. Look at bodybuilders like Kai Green, who started off extremely skinny and has failed over and over again. He just keeps on pushing forward and that is why he is one of the best in the world.

Developing this attitude can take time. However, doing so is essential because it will determine whether you continually build muscle throughout your life, or only build muscle for a couple of months.
